Description:
The subject of the public contract in research, development and innovation is to obtain the most suitable project solution proposal in applied research and innovation. The project framework aims at the preliminary definition of the project, which was prepared in accordance with the provisions of § 2 paragraph 2 letter h) ZPVV, and which will be within the competition dialog modified with regard to the needs of the Client. (The subject of the project is listed in Appendix No. 1 Project framework Tender documentation). The procurement procedure will be conducted in such a way that the selected solution fulfills the objectives and realizes the results specified in Annex No. 1 - Project Framework of the Tender Documentation, which will the main material basis for negotiations. Conclusions, conditions and new facts should emerge from the individual meetings so that the assignment for the purposes of the final offer can be specified in the most satisfactory way for the Client.
The goal is to develop a methodology for the mid-term evaluation of the implementation of strategic documents for the educational area of regional education (i.e. the area from pre-school to higher professional education, including the overlap of lifelong, informal and interest-based education). The newly formulated methodology must lead to obtaining feedback on the method of implementation of strategic documents at the regional level education and to their actual and expected impacts.
