- The subject of the public contract is the preparation of a forest management plan (LHP) for a forest management unit (LHC) in accordance with Act No. 289/1995 Coll., on forests and on the amendment and addition of certain laws (Forest Act), as amended (hereinafter referred to as " forest law") and in accordance with Act No. 114/1992 Coll.,on nature and landscape protection and other legislative standards. The extent of land designated for facilities in the LHP is 5078 ha.
