- The subject of performance is the main subject of the VZ is to modernize existing systems to expand services provided in the field of EHEALTH. Modernization will be based on the supported activities set out in Challenge No. 22 NPO:
• Acquisition of new or modifying existing information systems or parts of it, thus in order to improve the method of conducting medical documentation allowing its interoperable replacement, sharing, safe storage and interpretation;
• Implementation of data interfaces allowing standardized and interoperable exchange of medical records between national providers or national regional infrastructure connected to national and European infrastructure;
• Implementation of data interfaces on electronic health, registry or central eGovernment services;
• Ensuring online access to authorized persons to medical documentation through standard electronic interfaces, portals, mobile and web applications;
