Description: The subject of the public contract is the implementation of demolition works based on the elimination of civic amenities, which served to the needs of the municipal part of the Roudnick. The building is one-storey, non-basement, brick traditional technologies from bricks with a flat roof.
The subject of the public contract is also the implementation of construction work consisting in the construction of a new home for people with disabilities, including connections to engineering networks. The building has family housing character with three housing units designed to accommodate people with disabilities requiring a high level of support including additional services, ie. Meals, interest activities, rehabilitation, daily programs. The building respects the requirements of Decree No. 398/2009 Coll., On General Technical Requirements Providing Wheelchair Accessories.
