• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the complete supply and installation of internal equipment according to the project documentation for the construction "Development of the availability of community social services - construction of CHB Hořice". The subject of delivery of interior equipment is specified in the attached project documentation and measurement report. In particular, an integral part of the subject of the public contract is: a) transport to the place of fulfillment, assembly, installation, commissioning, including verification of its functionality, performance of all operational tests and prescribed tests according to the applicable law legal regulations, verification of declared technical parameters; b) briefing ("training") of personnel; c) issuance of a training report, or staff briefings, and a protocol authorizing subsequent staff briefings in the use of the public object jobs for the user's designated worker; d) signature of the transfer protocol; e) provision of comprehensive warranty service and repairs, including the supply of spare parts; f) delivery of documents that are necessary for the use of the goods, such as instructions for use/maintenance v in the Czech language (also in electronic form on CD/DVD), relevant certificates, attestations certifying that the device is manufactured in accordance with valid safety standards and ČSN, a copy of the declaration of conformity (CE declaration) and possibly others; g) ecological disposal the packaging material in which the goods were delivered; h) maintaining order at the place of performance and, after the completion of construction and delivery of the subject of the public contract, cleaning the place of performance and restoring it to its original state; i) obligation to...
