- The subject of the public order is the implementation of demolition works consisting in the removal of building No. 208, which was used as a family house in the past. The building is two-storey, non-basement, brick with partially reinforced concrete ceilings, roofed with a wooden carpentry structure with sheet metal roofing.
Subject to publicThe scope of the contract is also the implementation of construction works consisting in the construction of a new building including 2 family houses (designated as "North house" and "West house") and other objects, i.e. parking and walking paved areas, fencing, shelter for garbage cans, rainwater storage tank , connections and outdoordistribution of technical networks and the transfer of a heat pipe.
The building consisting of 2 family houses will be used for community housing, i.e. permanent housing for people in the care of the Home on Střibrne vrch. In accordance with ČSN 734301, each house will contain one housing unit of size category VI. with accessories with cap6 people. Both houses have access including vehicle parking areas. Pedestrian access roads and entrances to buildings are designed for people with limited mobility and orientation in accordance with Decree No. 398/2009 Coll., on general technical requirements ensuring barrier-free use of buildings.
