Description:
The subject of the order is the development of a functional sample of a liquefaction device with the possibility of remote control, including a reservoir (pressure bottle) and the technology of producing dry ice from fermentation gases and connecting it to a condensing device with a selective filter based on of high surface area zeolites. It is therefore a complex design, construction and testing of a liquefaction device with the following minimum parameters/features: - With a gas liquefaction capacity of 10-30 kg/hour - With the possibility of connection to a standard pressure cylinder o with a volume of 8-80 l - Remote connection enabling monitoring and control of at least the following parameters - switching on/off, monitoring of the amount of liquefied gas, temperature and pressure of the input gas. - Connection with the technology of production of dry ice from fermentation gases - Liquefaction device technology with 1F or 3F power input in the range of 2-9 kW depending on compressor output 100-400 l/min - Measurement of pressure losses and shifts in sorption equilibria when including sorbents on a functional sample - Measurement of liquefaction speed in various conditions inlet temperature and pressure of gas mixture - Design design and testing of dry ice production technology from fermentation gases (in a capacity sufficient for a liquefaction device) - Measurement of dry ice production rate and yield - Energy measurements and calculations the demands of dry ice production - Connection with the MOJO 1 condensing device (data against the NDA signature) - Connection in the form of a classic hose with a diameter of ¾ inch CPV subject: Food, beverage and tobacco processing machinery Various machinery for general purpose and special machinery
