Title: Development and technical support of the COPIS information system

Description: The subject of the public contract is to ensure the development and technical support of the COPIS information system (anti-Counterfeit and anti-Piracy System, hereinafter referred to as "COPIS"), while COPIS is a national system owned and operated by the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic. The information system is designed to combat piracy, counterfeiting and other abuses of intellectual property and industrial design in the EU.
The subject of the public contract is further development and technical support of the national part of the COPIS information system, which is connected via a communication interface (system-to-system S2S) to the central European part of COPIS CDCO, the development and operation of which is ensured by the relevant EC bodies.
A more detailed description of the system and more detailed requirements for the performance of the subject of the public contract are given in Annex No. 1 ZD - Technical Specification, in Annex No. 2 ZD - Binding model of the framework work agreement and Annex No. 3 ZD - Binding model of the support contract.
