Description: The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with one selected participant in the Framework Development and Maintenance Agreement of the Land Register Information System in 2023 - 2026 so that the contracting authority can use it without any problems and in accordance with the development of legislation and other regulations to support the execution of the cadastre and the real estate administration and related parts of surveying. In the part of the annexes of the ZD, confidential information is contained, so the contracting authority divides annexes to public and non -public. The non -public attachments that are encrypted will be made available to the participant after sending a confidentiality statement.
