• Description:
• The subject of the public contract in research, development and innovation is to obtain the most suitable project solution proposal in applied research and innovation. The project framework aims at the preliminary definition of the project, which was prepared in accordance with the provisions of § 2 paragraph 2 letter h) ZPVV, and which will be modified in the framework of the competitive dialogue with regard to the needs of the Contracting Authority. (The subject of the project is listed in Appendix No. 1 - Project framework Tender documentation). The procurement procedure will be conducted in such a way that the selected solution fulfills the objectives and implements it the results specified in Appendix No. 1 - Project framework of the tender documentation, which will be the main factual basis for the negotiations. Conclusions, conditions and new facts should emerge from the individual negotiations so that the assignment for the purposes of the final offer can be specified for In the most satisfactory way to the client. The goal of the need is to use research methods to create a methodology for the collection, preparation and analysis of samples of nuclear resources that will be used for a nuclear-forensic database. Furthermore, the creation of a sw tool that will be a database way to summarize information about these nuclear sources and their key characteristics (isotopic composition, elemental composition, physical parameters, etc.) for the purposes of investigating incidents with nuclear material (MM) and sources of ionizing radiation (IZR).
