Description: The subject of the public contract is to provide a service in research, development and innovation for the project of security research within the program within the meaning of § 2 para. g) of Act No. 130/2002 Coll., a project focused on a highly automated tool (system) to systematize, speed up and streamline the operating procedure at its most important phase, ie the income of an emergency call to operating centers of the Czech Republic. The system will be developed on the basis of analysis of current procedures, tools and information applied to the reception of an emergency call as well as analyzes of voice outputs and inputs, emotional analysis of calls and voice using machine learning. The system will integrate available existing technologies that are already implemented in the Czech Police.
