Description: The subject of the public contract is the development, production and delivery of equipment for detecting solid particles of motor vehicle exhaust gases in a variant of stationary equipment, portable devices and mobile devices. The device development requirement is reliable detection and measurement of solid particles that are emitted by vehicles with a non-functional or missing solid particle filter in petrol and diesel engines. Detection will be used as a preventive and information tool to search for vehicles with a non-functional fixed particle filter, inform their drivers and operators and get static information about the occurrence of vehicles with a non-functional filter of solid particles in the capital city of Prague. The intended target state is the connection of all types of devices with existing systems used by the state and local government (eg radar speed measurement, which includes the identification of vehicle registration signs).
