Description:
The public contract is issued by the contracting authority for the purpose of covering consulting services, for the expected period after the conclusion of the contract between the contracting authority and the selected service provider until 31 December 2024 or until the financial limit is exhausted, whichever occurs first.

The subject of the public contract isperforming an analysis of the current state of open data publication at the Ministry of the Environment and its departmental organizations and proposing a system solution from the perspective of roles and responsibilities, a conceptual design of the open data solution architecture.

a) Analysis of the existing solution for the publication of open data onThe Ministry of the Environment and its departmental organizations. Evaluation of shortcomings, risks, advantages and disadvantages of existing solutions for the publication of open data.
b) Design of an architecture for the publication of open data. Assessment of solution variants (distributed vs centralized vs hybrid solutions), advantages, etceadvantages of individual variants and recommendations of the optimal variant.
c) Creation of recommendations for the organizational provision of open data publication.
d) Assessment of linked data solutions in the department.
e) Proposal of processes for data and metadata control and their cleaning.
f) Other services according to needs of the contracting authority related to projektem.
