• Description:
• The subject of the public contract in research, development and innovation is to obtain the most suitable project solution proposal in applied research and innovation. The project framework aims at the preliminary definition of the project, which was prepared in accordance with the provisions of § 2 paragraph 2 letter h) ZPVV, and which will be modified in the framework of the competitive dialogue with regard to the needs of the Contracting Authority. (The subject of the project is listed in Appendix No. 1 - Project framework Tender documentation). The procurement procedure will be conducted in such a way that the selected solution fulfills the objectives and implements it the results specified in Appendix No. 1 - Project framework of the tender documentation, which will be the main factual basis for the negotiations. Conclusions, conditions and new facts should emerge from the individual negotiations so that the assignment for the purposes of the final offer can be specified for In the most satisfactory way to the client. As part of the project, a feasibility analysis and design of the architecture of the support module, which could become part of the SSHR information system in the future, will be processed. This innovative module has the potential to use elements artificial intelligence for continuous search and processing of factual resources from publicly available online data. A part of the solution would also be the creation of a proposal for an active AI-based communicative platform that would facilitate decision-making processes in crisis management and supported the effective processing of electronic reports on available resources on the market in the Czech Republic.
