- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the processing of the project documentation required for the construction of new heat sources and the performance of other activities necessary for the start and proper progress of the implementation of the construction entitled "Construction of new heat sources for SCZT Haviřov" specified in more detail in part 3 of this Tender documententation (hereinafter also referred to as "Construction"). The subject of the performance of the public contract is the obligation of the Selected Contractor, on his own behalf and under his own responsibility, to prepare the project documentation necessary for the subsequent construction of new heat sources and to carry out other activities necessary for the start and proper course of work for the Contracting Authorityrealizace Stavby.
