- The subject of the contract is the complete demolition of the building without ΔP/ΔE on the st.p. 110/2 in the cadastral area of ββKal u Klatovy under the conditions specified in the draft contract for work (see Annex 2).
The Contractor undertakes to perform the work properly, in time and with all professional care in accordance with the relevant legalregulations, technical standards and binding opinions and decisions of the competent state administration bodies. The work will meet the conditions specified in the decision - Regulation of the removal of the building issued by the Municipal Office of Klatovy, the Department of Construction and Spatial Planning under ref. OVUP/2016/14/SY on 26.03.2014 (see.Annex 3). Closer conditions for the work of the work are given in the preparatory documentation (see Annex No. 4)
