Description:
The subject of the public contract is:
a) Delivery of 1 wash and disinfectant machine of shoes and 1 piece of washing disinfector instrumentation to Rychnov nad Kněžnou Hospital according to the technical specification according to Annex 2 of the tender documentation including warranty services including related services and supplies and
b) execution post -warranty service security of goods, at least periodic safety and technical inspections, including professional preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with the Act on Health Devices and Diagnostic Medical Residers in Vitro, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "law on ZP ") and other relevant legal regulations and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation, for 6 years from the end of the quality of quality according to (a) above.
and other obligations of the selected supplier/seller, set out in binding proposals of the Purchase Agreement (Annex 3 of this tender documentation), and service contracts (Annex 4 of this tender documentation).
