Description: The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one supplier for the supply and distribution of vitamin packages that will be provided to policyholders of the Czech Industrial Health Insurance Company (hereinafter "ČPZP") within the implementation of ČPZP preventive health programs. The vitamin package will contain vitamin preparations - food supplements. The contract is intended for the years 2021 and 2022, a different vitamin package will be created for each year. The expected total number of vitamin packages is up to 50,000 in two years.
