Description of the contract: The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one supplier for the supply and distribution of vitamin packages, which will be provided to policyholders of the Czech Industrial Health Insurance Company (hereinafter "CPZP") as part of the implementation of CPZP preventive health programs. Vitamin preparations - food supplements The order is intended for the years 2021 and 2022, a different vitamin package will be created for each year.The expected total number of vitamin packages is up to 50,000 pieces in two years.
