Description: The subject of the public contract is the delivery and exchange of an existing video conferencing device to the Government Rules of the Czech Republic in order to modernize and ensure full compatibility with new types of videoconferencing equipment used. The subject of this public contract is also the supply of mobile videoconferencing equipment to individual meetings of the contracting authority in order to enable the management of distance or hybrid negotiations at different levels of both domestic and foreign entities, both for the conferences held in the Czech Republic in the EU Council 2022 and other negotiations within the normal operation of the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic.
