- The purpose of this public contract is to conclude a purchase contract for the supply of a vehicle with measuring equipment for diagnosing cable line faults as a whole, serving to ensure the operational needs of service and maintenance of VO (public lighting) and SSZ (light signaling equipment) incl. provision of guarantees forpatrols for the entire duration of the warranty period, which is specified in more detail in Annex No. 4 of the Procurement Documentation and which is also Annex No. 1 of the Binding Proposal of the Purchase Agreement and at the same time in accordance with Annex No. 1 of the Procurement Documentation. At the same time, a service contract will be concluded to ensure all serviceservices and repairs related to the subject of the public contract, which is Annex No. 5 of the Tender Documentation. The performance of this public contract must be carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in the Procurement Documentation, according to the technical specifications listed in Annex No. 4 of the Procurement Documentation.
