Description: The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement (hereinafter also "RD") according to § 131 et seq. Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On the award of public contracts, as amended (hereinafter "ZVZ"), with one supplier for each part of the public contract for the continuous supply of tires for vehicles operated by the contracting authority according to its current needs. Ongoing deliveries of tires on the basis of the family house will be solved by a call without renewal of the competition according to § 134 of the Public Procurement Act. In accordance with § 101 of the Public Procurement Act, the public contract is divided into 2 parts, which will be assessed and evaluated separately.
