• Description:
• The subject of this contract is co-financed from the Operational Program Technology and Applications for Competitiveness, within the framework of the following project Innovation of a modular storage system with high load capacity, project reg. no.: CZ.01.01.01/02/25_064/0007799. The purpose of this contract is to conclude a contract with the supplier, namely for each part of the contract specified in point 2.3 of this procurement documentation, with the exception of parts III., IV., V. and VI., which, in accordance with Article 3.4.6 of the PpVD, are entered using procedures corresponding to the expected the value of these parts, as the total estimated value of all parts of the order entered in this way will not exceed 20% of the aggregate estimated value. The order is divided into 7 parts listed below. Suppliers can bid on one, several or all of them parts of the order (with the exception of the parts listed in point 2.2. of this procurement documentation). The contracting authority thus allows participants to submit bids for multiple sub-parts of the contract. In such a case, the participants are obliged for each part of the contract for which they want to be awarded apply, submit a separate offer. If the participant intends to submit an offer for several sub-parts of the contract, he/she shall submit several separate offers containing all the details and documents required for the given sub-part of the contract.
