- (nature and quantity of works, deliveries or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) Fulfillment includes in particular A. delivery of SW solutions for processing. of offenses related to the order of the answer. vehicle operator, delivery of licenses for 6 users, connection of 1 measuring device, implementation into the infrastructuretures of the customer, introduction to tests. operation within 6 weeks from the effective date of the contract, tests. operation on sharp data for 2 to 3 weeks. and subsequent assist. sharp operation in the length of min. 2 months; B. training in the premises of the Town Hall in Trutnov before the start of the exams. operation of SW solutions; C. provision of technical, system and legalslative support to ensure service and consulting support related to the productive operation of the program. equipment from protocol. handover and further for the duration of the Contract; D. connection of 6 other measuring devices incl. related implementation work within a maximum of 3 weeks from ps. requests from the customer (prob. termin September 2023); E. readjustment of SW due to relocation of 1 meter. heat. up to 3 weeks from ps. requests from the customer (estimated date in 2025); F. connection to hybrid mail - eSSL Ginis.ich communications and the corresponding software for managing and processing offenses captured by automated measurement. The supplied software solution will serve as a support for processing agendas1) automatic online loading of cases from measurement technology2) validation of offenses by the city police, including the solution of noticesto the administrative authority3) of abbreviated and non-abbreviated administrative proceedings conducted by the administrative authority. The system must be divisible into the above-mentioned parts / modules, for the reason of granting authorization to individual workers processing individual parts of the process so that it cannot interfere with other parts / moduleshives illegally. The delivered SW solution is requested in accordance with the relevant legislation.
