Description: The purpose of this procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier without restoring the competition.

The subject of the public contract is to ensure the gradual supplies of X86 servers ("supplies"), including all licenses needed to operate X 86 servers according to the technical assignment, as specified in the annexes to the tender documentation and providing service support to deliveries.

The Contracting Authority submits that new X86 servers will only be acquired by the RACK type.

To maintain investments and, taking into account the strategic preference of the uniform infrastructure and to prevent the impacts of the environment, the contracting authority requires the delivery of one manufacturer servers, including compatible components according to the technical assignment, throughout the framework agreement. All HW will be supplied with a warranty for 60 months from the date of handover and takeover. For more specifications, see the tender documentation.
