- (nature and amount of work, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the performance of this public order is the supply of a total of 5 ambulances with global homologation of the 2nd level in a version with a stretcher capacity of up to 300 kg, incl. extended warranty serviceu, equipped with complete ambulatory facilities, communication and information technology and transport equipment. The subject of the order also includes the provision of warranty service for the duration of the warranty period, which begins on the day of handover of the individual vehicles, including complete ambulatory facilities, communication and information technologies and transport technology to the client (on the day of signing the handover protocol).a) Warranty service of vehicles - for a duration of min. 60 months, mileage of at least 200,000 km. The warranty service must include the removal of defects during the warranty period, including - the supply and installation of the necessary spare parts, whilethe payable delivery of spare parts does not apply to the case where the part was mechanically damaged due to improper handling by the customer (buyer); - inspections, replacement of damaged or non-functional components and accessories (e.g. brakes, exhausts, shock absorbers, pivots, axles, etc.). b) Regular service inspections of the vehicle - vlength min. 60 months, driving at least 200,000 km - all mandatory preventive checks of the vehicle according to the manufacturer's instructions; - all prescribed professional maintenance of the vehicle (e.g. changing the engine oil and oil filter, changing the air filter, etc.) at intervals specified by the manufacturer; - maintenance of service recordsemergency interventions.c) Warranty service for a complete ambulatory facility including communication and information technologies and transport equipment - min. lasting 24 months and must include - carrying out repairs of the ambulatory vehicle structure, communication and information technologies and transport equipment; - repairs aftertraffic and equipment malfunction, i.e. bringing non-functional equipment to a state of full usability according to its technical parameters.- reaction time for warranty repairs within 24 hours, delivery of spare parts within 72 hours from ...
