• Description:
• The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of a purchase contract, on the basis of which the selected supplier will be obliged to deliver a comprehensive set of EMU 130 and BEMU 130 vehicles intended for the segment of regional passenger rail transport. The contracting authority with regard to the current conditions of the Tender the procedure envisages the delivery of a total of at least 15 regular vehicles intended for the fulfillment of public service obligations according to the conditions of the Bidding Procedure. The exact number of vehicles can be specified during negotiations in the bidding phase of the Procurement Procedure. See ZD for more.
