- Delivery of railway units for the purpose of fulfilling the obligation of the Ústí Region The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of a comprehensive contract, on the basis of which the selected supplier will be obliged to deliver a complete set of BEMU-type vehicles intended for the regional passenger railway segment transport with a minimum number of seats of at least 121. Taking into account the current conditions of the Tender, the contracting authority anticipates the delivery of a total of up to 23 BEMU vehicles intended for the fulfillment of public service obligations according to the conditions of the Tender. Total count of the required vehicles may be the subject of further negotiations following the development of the Bidding Procedure. Exact and/or other vehicle requirements incl. specification of the final and binding number of vehicles can be specified during negotiations in the tender phase of the Contracting Authority management.
