- The subject of the Public Contract is the Supplier's commitment to deliver fuel - diesel and Arctic diesel - to the diesel tank at the place of performance according to the Contract, in a quality that meets all legislative requirements and requirements arising from the ČSN, and also the commitment to enable the Client to acquire the ownership right to subject of deliveries.
As part of the Public Procurement, one (1) contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") will be concluded with one (1) supplier.
Public contract with regard to the same circle of potential suppliers and the irrelevance of distance individual places of fulfillment from suppliers' establishments is not divided into procedurally separate parts according to § 35 ZZVZ.
