- Delivery of Personal Protection Works for the CNB (Gastrocovoz)
The subject of the public contract is the supply of personal protective equipment (hereinafter also as PPE) to the gastro -operation at the registered office of the contracting authority. The more detailed specifications of the subject of the public contract are specified in the draft contract, which consists of Annex 1 ZD, and further in Annex 2 ZD - a price table that contains an illustrative depiction of PPE used by the contracting authority. This illustrative illustration is not binding on the supplier, but the OOPP offered should be shown to the goods, if listed in the price table, to approach the maximum possible extent. Specifications OOPP listed in Annex 2 ZD - Price table, in the field of OOPP specification, the standard is binding for the supplier! With regard to the conditions of its gastronomic conditions, the contracting authority points out that within the fulfillment of the subject of the public contract after the conclusion of the contract and one issued order, only one piece (or pair) of the goods may be required. - Documents :
