- The subject of the Contract is the delivery of Locomotives by the supplier to the Client, namely up to 15 Locomotive units, with the fact that the Client has the right, under the conditions specified in Article 3.2 of the Binding Draft Purchase Agreement, not to take up to 5 Locomotive units.
The Supplier will also supply the Client with Documentation for the Operation of the Locomotives, software and diagnostic system and will provide further performance according to the Binding draft of the purchase contract.
Part of the Order is also the provision of Homologation and Registration of each Locomotive.
Under the conditions specified in Article 4 of the Binding Draft Purchase Agreement, part of the Order includes the extension of the eligibility of any of the Locomotives to Operationu also in countries within the scope of Packet II and Packet III.
The Supplier must guarantee the availability of Spare Parts for each Locomotive under the conditions specified in Article 10 of the Binding Draft Purchase Agreement.
