• Description:
• SUPPLY OF MEDICAL AND TECHNICAL GASES AND RENTAL OF PRESSURE CYLINDER The subject of the public contract is the supply of medical and technical gases in liquid form and in pressure cylinders for a period of 4 years according to the current needs of the contracting authority, according to the specifications given in procurement documentation. The public contract also includes long-term rental of cylinders, revisions and leak tests of pressure vessels located on the premises of the contracting authority and periodic training of the contracting authority's employees according to ČSN 69 0012. •Delivery of goods to the places where the subject of the contract is fulfilled specified by the buyer. •Installation of a device enabling remote data transfer (DPD) in liquid oxygen tanks with output to intended PC of the buyer. • The seller's obligation to warn the buyer about the decreasing supply of liquid oxygen. •Extraordinary insurance supplies of liquid oxygen in the event of an accident within 14 hours of the order, • The supplier's obligation to present, at the request of the buyer, a document on the calibration of the tank to which the liquid oxygen was supplied, within 48 hours • Ensuring the supply of a mobile liquid oxygen tank, which will be connected if maintenance is required of the main and spare liquid oxygen tank, within 7 working days of reporting. •Submission of a certificate of liquid oxygen with the specified parameters of O2, CO2, CO and H2O with each delivery. •Ensuring operational audits a of internal revisions and leak tests of pressure vessels for liquid medical O2 v deadlines according to ČSN 690012. •Ensuring operator training including testing in thermal...
