- The client is implementing a project, the subject of which is the purchase of new technologies for the technological process of processing a by-product from the production of polyethylene. The subject of the public contract is the supply of machinery.
The subject of the order is divided into 5 parts in accordance with § 35:
•Part I. Recycling line with integratedby another crusher
•Part II. technology for the production of blown film from recycled material (XL extruder)
•Part III. technology for the production of blown film from recycled material (mini extruder)
•Part IV. technology for the production of bags, sacks from recycled material
•Part V. technology for the production of inflatable bags
The supplier can submit an offerfor one part, for several parts of the subject of the contract, or even for all parts of the subject of the contract, but always for the whole part. Each of the parts will be evaluated separately. Unless otherwise expressly stated in the tender documentation, the requirements of the tender documentation and the rules stated therein apply to each of the parts ofsubject of the contract.
The subject of the contract is precisely defined and described in Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation.
