Description:
The subject of the public contract is the ongoing supply of work clothes according to the specification listed in Annex No. 2 - Annex to the cover sheet, where the indicative quantity of delivery for the subject of the public contract is also determined. The contracting authority reserves the right not to take away or to exceed the stated expected quantity.
IN in the event that the components of the subject of performance do not meet the minimum conditions set by the procurement documentation, the participant in the procurement procedure will be excluded according to § 48 "ZZVZ". In this context, the contracting authority reserves the right to verify the correctness, completeness and truthfulness of the given facts in the offer, at the expense of supplier.
Delivery of linen for patients - tracksuit sets
The subject of the public contract is the continuous supply of work clothes according to the specification stated in Annex No. 2 - Annex to the cover sheet, where the approximate delivery quantity for the subject of the public contract is also determined. The client reserves the right right not to remove or exceed the specified estimated quantity.
In this context, the contracting authority reserves the right to verify the correctness, completeness and truthfulness in the offer of the given facts, at the expense of the supplier.
