TITLE: Delivery of insulated wires NN (AXS) with XLPE isolation

Description: The subject of sectoral public procurement is a contractual delivery of insulated wires with XLPE insulation with selected suppliers for planned investment events, planned repairs and ensuring removal of emergency status of isolated NN conductors, ensuring safe and reliable operation of the distribution system. Having regard to the extent of the contract, which is a contract of the overimension, according to Act No.134 / 2016 Coll., On public procurement, as amended. The result of the sectoral public procurement entered in the form of a negotiating procedure with the publication is the conclusion of the Framework Agreement on deliveries of goods for 48 months with selected three suppliers with the lowest price offer for a model case. Subsequently, Article 132 (3) of the Act (ie public procurement under the Framework Agreement shall be followed, the procedure with renewing the competition between the Framework Agreement). Fulfillment according to the purchase contract will be based on partial agreement (order).
