The subject of the public contract is:
a) Delivery of 25 pcs of investigative luminaires and 1 Operational LED luminaire to Rychnov nad Kněžnou Hospital according to the technical specifications according to Annex 2 The tender documentation including the warranty service in the length of min. 24 months to the extent set by the purchase contract (Annex 3 of thistender documentation) including related services and supplies (hereinafter referred to as "goods" or "luminaires") and other obligations of the selected supplier/seller, stipulated in the binding proposal of the purchase contract (Annex 3 of this tender documentation).At least periodic safety and technical inspections, including professional preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with the Health Devices Act and Diagnostic Medical Remedies in Vitro, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on ZP") and other relevant legal regulationsand in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation, for 6 years after the end of the quality warranty pursuant to point (a). a) the above
