- The subject of the public contract is the supply of a set of new (not refurbished) medical devices and equipment (infusion equipment - 19 infusion pumps, 57 linear dispensers, 2 docking stations for 8 devices and 5 docking stations for 12 devices) in the specification according to this procurement documentation for the Department of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation (ARO) of the University Hospital Pilsen (FN Plzeň).
Technical specification of the subject of the contract
Only the following facts will not be a reason to exclude a bid from participation in a public contract for non-fulfilment of the substantive assignment of the contracting authority:
• if the tolerance range is not clearly defined for numerical technical parameters (e.g. if they are not marked as minimum, maximum, and better, at least, ≤, ≥ or a specific tolerance range is indicated range or unless otherwise stated for the given parameter), a tolerance range of +/-10% is allowed, provided that the stated medical purpose must be maintained,
• if the contracting authority explicitly states a possible alternative technical solution in the material specification,
• if the participant offers a different technical solution and at the same time within the framework of the bidding process will prove that the offered equipment qualitatively and in terms of capacity meets the requirements of the contracting authority and fulfills the required medical purpose.
