- (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the fulfillment of part I of the public contract is the supply and installation of computer technology and hardware incl. license. Detailed hardware specification incl. specifying the minimum required parameters and properties are listedena in Annex No. 1a of the procurement documentation. Part of the scope of performance of Part I of the public contract also includes work and services related to the delivery of the scope of performance, which are specified in detail within the draft contract and which mainly consist in the transportation of the scope of performance to the performance locations, installation of the scopefulfillment and commissioning of individual pieces of the subject of fulfillment in the places of fulfillment incl. setting of the delivered parts of the subject of fulfillment at the places of fulfillment incl. demonstration of the functionality of the delivered parts of the subject of performance, training of persons authorized by the contracting authority in the field of operation of the subject of performance after handing over the subject of performance backdelivery, removal and ecological disposal of all packaging and other materials in which the subject of performance will be delivered, in accordance with the provisions of the Waste Act, as amended. license and educational deliverych tools according to the specification listed in Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation.
