- (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of the relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the Public Contract is the Supplier's obligation to deliver fuel - diesel and arctic diesel - to the diesel tank at the place of performance according to the Contract, in a quality that meets all legislative requirementssupplies and requirements arising from the ČSN, and further the obligation to enable the Client to acquire the ownership right to the subject of deliveries. Diesel fuel must comply with the ČSN EN 590 standard. From 1.12. EN 590 with filterability lower nož -32C - in arctic or extremely cold climates. The share of Arctic diesel fuel in the total filling volume is expected to be 27% (corresponds to 3 months out of 12).
