Description: In the context of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall deliver to this partner hospital medical devices and equipment specified in Annex 1a and 1b ZD "Technical Specification" for the newly built perinatological department. Medical devices and equipment will be transmitted, installed and commissioned by the supplier. Fulfillment is also the preparation and implementation of training and maintenance training supplied medical devices and equipment in the national pediatric hospital and guarantee service. The subject of the Public Procurement is described in detail in the technical specification, which forms Annex No. 1a and 1B ZD, and is further specified by the item budget, which is Annex No. 2 of the tender dossier.
Furthermore, the subject of the contract is defined by the Treaty and the Annexes to the Tender Documentation.
