More detailed specifications of the subject of a public contract is set out under point 5 of the Technical Conditions and at the same time in the Annex to the Agreement proposals, which form an integral part of the tender conditions. The conditions are binding conditions are absolute, and therefore failure to comply with any of them will indicate the exclusion of the participant from other participation in the procurement procedure.
The performance of the public contract must be fully in line with applicable legislation, technological regulations, the provisions of the relevant standards and in the prescribed quality.
