- The subject of the public contract in the form of a competitive dialogue is the supply and implementation of the information system of the electronic file service (hereinafter also the "System") for the needs of the contracting authority, the introduction of this system into the state of routine operation for which it is intended, the provision of data migration from the existing system and integrationto separate records of documents and other information systems, the connection of which is necessary for the performance of proper document management. The subject is the problem-free functioning of the file service in accordance with the relevant legal regulations, as well as the provision of comprehensive documentation for the supplied system, training, and operationali and service support for an indefinite period. The file service will be used by approximately 100 employees and the annual volume of transaction numbers is approximately 6,000.
