The subject of the public contract is the supply of electricity and associated services (hereinafter the delivery) in the period from 01.06.2022 to 31.05.2024 and within the expected range of 2156 MWh from VN voltage level and 7188 MWh from the voltage level of the NN and the takeover of liability for the deviation, including electricity distribution and system services to the contracting authority according to Act No. 458/2000 Coll., On Business Conditions and the performance of state administration in energy sectors (Energy Act) as amended and within the meaning of the Energy Regulatory Office Decree No. 408/2015 Coll., O The rules of the electricity market and other implementing decrees for this law as amended.
