- The subject of this public contract is the production, delivery and installation of urban furniture - durable benches according to the production documentation provided by the Technical Administration of Communications of the capital. m. Prahy, a.s., to which the contracting authority is authorized on the basis of a sublicense agreement and ensuring their installation (or dismantling and disposal) and placement at locations designated by the contracting authority within the territory of the Municipal Municipality of Prague 6. Part of the scope of performance also includes ensuring the dismantling of existing benches at locations designated by the contracting authority, their removal and disposal in accordance with legal regulations.
For the avoidance of doubt, the contracting authority adds to the above that routine bench maintenance
after their installation is not the subject of this public contract.
Fulfillment includes in particular:
β’ production and delivery of approx. 1,000 durable benches designed according to the technical specification of the subject of delivery (with backrest, without backrest, with armrests, etc.), which form Appendix No. 3 of the ZD,
β’ their transportation to place of performance within the Prague 6 district,
dismantling of existing benches, their removal and disposal in accordance with legal regulations, subsequent placement of new benches in the same places according to the needs of the client,
β’provision of benches with mandatory HMP and MΔ Prague 6 logos,
β’ transfer of performance based on transfer protocols,
β’ providing a guarantee for the benches delivered and the installation carried out.
