• Description:
• The contracting authority acts as the central contracting authority and procures the subject of the public contract for itself (in accordance with § 9 paragraph 7 ZZVZ) and the authorizing contracting authority, which is: ResponoCom, s.r.o., with registered office at Cukrovarska 486/16, Vyškov-Město, 682 01 Vyškov, ID number: 10828001, VAT number: CZ10828001.
  The central contracting authority concludes the framework contract agreement with one selected supplier. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 48 months, valid from the date of conclusion of the framework agreement and effective from the date of its publication in the register of contracts in accordance with Act No. 340/2015 Coll., as amended. Subsequently, separate contracts will be concluded with the Central Contracting Authority sub-contracts for the provision of performance (orders) up to the amount of the maximum anticipated consumption according to Article II. point 1 of the procurement documentation or within 48 months from the entry into force of the framework agreement. On the basis of the framework agreement, the Central Contracting Authority will procure diesel fuel for the Mandating Contracting Authority and for itself with the fact that the part will subsequently be left to the Authorizing Contracting Authority at a price not higher than that for which it was purchased by the Central Contracting Authority according to current needs.
