Description:
Bulovka University Hospital is implementing a dynamic purchasing system for the supply of diagnostics and consumables for use in the contractor's laboratory operations (hereinafter referred to as "DNS"). As part of the delivery of diagnostics, the contracting authority may request free borrowing, purchase or rental of equipment, analyzers, diagnostic systems, etc. linked to the supply of any related consumables. The supplies may also include service activities and maintenance associated with the use of the medical devices that will be the subject calls for tenders launched in the above DNS. The subject of individual public contracts entered in DNS will be detailed, including technical, commercial, contractual conditions and including any request for free equipment borrowing and any of related consumables is always defined in the call for tenders according to § 141 ZZVZ.
