Description: • The subject of the public contract is the continuous supply of the Hemosil Hit AB diagnostic set (PF4 H) (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”) for the General University Hospital in Prague (VFN). The subject of performance is specified in the Annex to these Terms and Conditions No. 2 - Type and the expected number.
• The selected supplier will lend free of charge for the duration of the purchase contract for the recurring supply of goods of the goods fully automatic analytical system (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the loan") for the General Teaching Hospital specified in the Annex to these Terms and Conditions No. 7 maintenance.
• The amount of the subject of the fulfillment of the public contract (VZ) in the individual items specified in the Annex to these Terms and Conditions - the type and the expected number is the amount of approximate. The contracting authority is entitled to determine the specific amount and time of the performance of individual partial supplies according to its immediate, respectively.
