Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the continuous supply of consumables for native creation of endovascular and fistula (hereinafter referred to as "goods") for the General University Hospital in Prague (hereinafter referred to as "VFN").
• During the duration of the purchase contract for the recurring supply of goods supplies, the selected supplier will be left The contracting authority free of charge for temporary use of the RF generator ESU-1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject of Loan") and at its own expense it will provide free service and regular maintenance.
