Description:
The fulfillment of this public contract is the supply of commonly used gases, special gases and mixtures, and gases of small volumes (hereinafter also "goods") for analytical and calibration purposes in hygienic and clinical laboratoriesThe implementation of the services provided by the nature defined by the contracting authority and the activities performed by it assume uniform coordination and communication with the gas supplier, taking into account the need for operational gas transport and undisturbed and smooth supply of the contracting authority. DeliveriesIn addition, gases are carried out on a uniformly defined territorial unit based on the territorial powers of the contracting authority on the basis of Act No. 258/2000 Coll., On Public Health Protection and on Amendments to Certain Related Acts.part of this public contract within the required date, quantity and quality according to sub -orders.
This public contract is divided into 3 parts in accordance with Section 35 of the Act, as follows:
Part 1. Commonly used gases,
Part 2.Pecial Gases and Mixtures,
Part 3.Allows partial fulfillment of this public contract. Offers can be submitted to one, more or all parts of the public contract. However, offers for each part of this public contract must be submitted as completely independent.
