- The subject of this Public Contract is the commitment of the supplier, with whom the contract will be concluded for the performance of the Public Contract, for the supply of chemical preparations according to the specification - itemized budget, which is Annex No. 3 of the Call. The offer must be submitted for the entire range of required products. The supplier undertakese to carry out, at the request of the Principal, any further deliveries of goods in 2024 at the prices agreed in the purchase contract, or itemized budget. The supplier is obliged to take back packaging that cannot be disposed of in the normal way
